1. Service
CredibleSignal provides software and related workflows for B2B research, customer acquisition, revenue operations and procurement. Features may include prospect research, outreach preparation, reply classification, opportunity management, RFQs, quotation extraction, supplier comparison, purchase-order workflows and reporting.
2. Human review and no guaranteed outcomes
CredibleSignal is decision-support software. AI-generated or extracted information can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing commercial decisions, outbound communications, supplier awards, pricing, payment instructions and other consequential actions. We do not guarantee leads, replies, revenue, savings, supplier performance or business outcomes.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, deception, impersonation, abusive or indiscriminate spam, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, or communications that violate applicable privacy, marketing or anti-spam rules. You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and honoring opt-out or suppression requests when contacting prospects.
4. Accounts and data
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. You retain responsibility for your business data. You permit CredibleSignal and its service providers to process that data as needed to provide, secure and support the service, subject to the Privacy Notice.
5. Billing
Paid plans and services may be processed through PayPal or another payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing periods and plan scope are those displayed or agreed at purchase. Cancellation, renewal and any refund rights are subject to the checkout terms, the payment provider's process and applicable law. A browser redirect alone is not treated by CredibleSignal as proof of completed payment.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on third-party infrastructure, email, authentication, AI, payment and public-data sources. Their availability and terms may affect functionality. CredibleSignal does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts or outages beyond what applicable law requires.
7. Suspension and changes
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, respond to security risks, comply with law or address non-payment. Features may change as the product evolves; material changes affecting paid use should be communicated through the service or relevant account contact.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every commercial purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Provider and contact
The provider for a paid transaction is the person or entity identified on the applicable order, invoice or payment record. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@crediblesignal.com.
