What we collect

CredibleSignal may process information you provide directly, including account details, company and contact information, pilot requests, procurement workspace data, supplier communications, quotation content, support messages and billing identifiers. The service may also process limited technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, rate limiting and service reliability.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, research and structure business workflows requested by you, prepare or manage human-reviewed outreach, process procurement records, support billing, respond to requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell conversation or customer data to advertisers.

Service providers

CredibleSignal uses infrastructure and service providers that may process data on our behalf, including Cloudflare for hosting and network services, Supabase for application data and authentication, Resend for email infrastructure, configured AI providers for structured analysis, and PayPal for payment processing. Payment credentials and card or bank details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by CredibleSignal.

AI and untrusted content

Supplier emails, websites, uploaded text and other third-party content may be analyzed to support research, quotation extraction and workflow decisions. Such content is treated as untrusted data. AI-generated or extracted results can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before consequential business decisions.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. We use tenant isolation, access controls and server-side secrets to reduce unauthorized access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask questions about your information, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask us to stop non-essential communications by contacting hello@crediblesignal.com. Outreach recipients can also use the opt-out instructions included in messages.

International processing

Because our infrastructure providers operate internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, applicable contractual or legal safeguards should be used for such transfers.
