One-time Life Trend Report
Eligible one-time product refund requests are handled through the Waffo Consumer Portal under Waffo’s applicable buyer/refund rules. A successful refund revokes the related report-purchase entitlement in Credible Signal · Life.
Life Pro subscription
Life Pro renews yearly until canceled. Cancellation stops a future renewal and normally leaves access active through the current paid period, subject to applicable law and Waffo’s billing rules. Users can open the Waffo Consumer Portal from Account to manage the subscription.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
Use the Waffo Consumer Portal or contact the operator for duplicate charges, payment errors, or unauthorized transactions.
