Data used by the product
The service can process account identifiers, birth date/time/place, optional latitude/longitude and historical timezone, selected market, saved life events, generated signals, reports, entitlement/subscription state, and limited technical/security logs.
Location precision
If you use place search or true-solar-time precision, a configured location resolver may receive the place-name search query. Selected coordinates and timezone can be stored with the birth profile so the calculation is reproducible.
Why it is used
Data is used to calculate and display Life Signals, reproduce calculation context, save user-requested history, provide paid access, prevent abuse, operate accounts, and troubleshoot the service.
AI explanation boundary
When an external LLM gateway is enabled, the product is designed to send structured signal data needed for explanation rather than letting the LLM calculate the score. Review the configured provider’s privacy and retention terms before production launch.
Payments
Waffo Pancake processes checkout as Merchant of Record. Credible Signal · Life stores Waffo order/subscription references and entitlement state, not raw card credentials. Waffo may separately process billing identity, payment, and tax data under its own buyer/privacy terms.
Retention, export, and deletion
Authenticated users can export application data and request account deletion from the Account page. Transaction records may remain with the Merchant of Record where legally required after account deletion.
Security
Server secrets remain server-side. Supabase row-level security, Waffo signed-webhook verification, role checks, request IDs, and API rate limiting are included in the production scaffold.
A jurisdiction-specific legal review is still required before public launch, including legal bases, subprocessors, hosting regions, and mandatory local rights.
